MODES OF ENTRY - To enter the contest, visit our signups page: http://www.lostplanetcommunity.com/contest.php. A completed entry form must include your current contact information (name, address, phone number, email address) as well as your Lost Planet Steam name. To enter by mail without obligation, hand write your name, mailing address, phone number, and e-mail address on a 3.x5. card and mail to: Lost Planet PC Contest, ATTN: Community Manager, Capcom Entertainment, Inc., 800 Concar Drive, Suite 300, San Mateo, CA 94402-2649. Entries must be received between August 22, 2007 and (i) 11:59 pm (Pacific Standard Time) on September 24, 2007 for online entries or (ii) postmarked no later than September 21, 2007 and be received no later than September 27, 2007 for mail in entries. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for lost, misdirected or late entries or entries containing incorrect or incomplete information. Odds of winning depend on number of eligible entries received. All submissions become the sole property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. By entering, you agree that you will be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Release of Liability and a Publicity Release (where legal). If Sponsor does not receive the Affidavit and Release, your submission will be automatically disqualified.
ADDITIONAL ENTRIES - Here's the fun part: Capcom staff will be hosting Lost Planet PC matches anonymously from August 22nd through September 21st. Get online and pick some fights. If you play in one of the matches hosted (and played in!) by a Capcom staffer, you're in luck! We'll record the names of everyone playing in the match, and if you've signed up for the contest, we'll award the person registered under that Steam name an extra ten entries to increase their chances of winning the prize. The more you play, the better your chances! Additional entries cannot be awarded to players playing under unregistered names, so sign up today and make sure to play under your registered Lost Planet Steam name.
WINNER SELECTION - Sponsor shall select the prize winner on or about September 28, 2007 by random drawing from among all eligible entries received. Winner will be notified by e-mail, telephone or regular mail. Winner notified by e-mail must respond within seven (7) calendar days or an alternate winner will be chosen. The only entries that will be considered eligible entries are entries received within the time frames described above that contain the required information. By participating, entrants agree to abide by and be bound by these official rules and Sponsor.s final decisions. All federal, state and local taxes, insurance, licensing, registration and title fees are the sole responsibility of the winner.

Total approximate retail value (ARV) for the contest is $4,300. No substitution of prizes for cash or other goods or services is permitted, except Sponsor reserves the right to provide substitute prizes of approximately equal value.
RELEASE AND WAIVER - BY ENTERING THE CONTEST, EACH ENTRANT AND ITS PARENT/LEGAL GUARDIAN IF UNDER 18 YEARS OF AGE, AND WINNER ASSUMES ALL LIABILITY AND RELEASES SPONSOR, ITS SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES AND BUSINESS PARTNERS, AND THE EMPLOYEES, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, AGENTS, ATTORNEYS, SUCCESSORS AND ASSIGNS OF ANY OF THE FOREGOING, FROM (A) ANY AND ALL CLAIMS OR LIABILITY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES, LOSSES OR INJURIES (COMPENSATORY, DIRECT, INCIDENTIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR OTHERWISE, SUFFERED BY THE ENTRANT OR ANY THIRD PARTIES IN CONNECTION WITH PARTICIPATION IN THIS CONTEST OR ACCEPTANCE OR USE, MISUSE OR MALFUNCTION OF ANY PRIZE AWARDED AND (B) ANY PRINTING OR TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS IN ANY MATERIALS ASSOCIATED WITH THE CONTEST. By entering the Contest, entrants acknowledge compliance with these Contest rules (including without limitation all eligibility requirements). All matters relating to the interpretation and application of these rules shall be decided by Sponsor in its sole discretion. In the event that any dispute arises regarding the meaning or interpretation of these official rules, participants agree that the dispute shall be resolved by applying the laws of California and that it shall be resolved by and within the courts of the County of Santa Clara, and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of, and service of process by, such Courts for the purpose of resolving any disputes, and further consent to the propriety of venue in such Courts.
By entering the Contest, entrants and prize winners grant Sponsor permission to use his or her name, address, email address, photograph and likeness, voice and entry for advertising, publicity or other purposes without additional consent or compensation except where prohibited by law. By entering the Contest, entrants consent to receive notification of future promotions, advertisements or solicitations by or from Sponsor or Sponsor.s business partners, via email, direct mail, or other means of communication. You further indemnify and hold harmless Capcom from and against any and all third-party claims, liabilities, costs and expenses (including attorneys' fees reasonably incurred) arising out of or related to (i) any breach or alleged breach or violation of these Rules by you, (ii) your acceptance, use or misuse of any prize or parts thereof, and (iii) your participation in this Contest.
Non-compliance with these requirements may result in disqualification, and the prizes may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected at random. In the event that a prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, such prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner selected at random.
Capcom reserves the right to terminate further Internet entry in the Contest if technical difficulties, including but not limited to infection caused by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud or other technical failures, compromise the integrity or ability to continue such Internet entry. Unless otherwise set forth herein, Capcom's Privacy Policy shall apply to this Contest; provided, however, in the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between or among the Privacy Policy and these Rules, these Rules shall govern.
Capcom is not responsible for lost, late, or misdirected entries, prizes or releases; or failed, incomplete, interrupted or delayed operation or transmission, or other Internet entry problems; problems with computer equipment, software, on-line systems, servers, online service providers, telephone network/lines or online communications; failure of any entry to be received due to technical problems or Internet traffic. Proof of connecting or logging on to the Capcom site is not considered proof of delivery or receipt. In case of dispute as to identity of a winner who entered online, entry will be declared made by the registered user of the e-mail account, and, if a prize is won and such registered user is a valid entrant, the prize will be awarded to the registered user.
