NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. Contest is open only to legal U.S. residents and is offered only in the Continental U.S., Alaska, and Hawaii. Void in Puerto Rico and where prohibited by law. Contest begins at 12:01 AM Pacific Time (.PT.), November 1, 2006 and ends at 11:59 PM PT, November 30, 2006. DESCRIPTION OF CONTEST: Capcom is holding a contest for the best Lost Planet. fan site that will be featured in the packaging of Capcom.s Lost Planet. video game. Entrant must host a fan site dedicated to the .Lost Planet. game. Capcom shall make available artwork, story, and game information as of November 1, 2006. In addition, on a weekly basis as fan sites are submitted, Capcom shall post the top sites as chosen by Capcom for that week on the Official Lost Planet Community site. These weekly fan sites are honorable mentions for that week and will not automatically become the winners for purposes of this Contest. HOW TO ENTER: Go to the Lost Planet Community web site located at www.lostplanetcommunity.com. To submit your site, create a new thread in the .Fan Site Contest. discussion sub-forum of the Lost Planet Community Forum. You must be a Capcom Insider to enter the Contest. If you are not a Capcom Insider, you must first register before you can enter the Contest. Registration is free. You will be required to provide your name, address, phone number, date of birth (to verify eligibility only), email address and fansite URL. Limited to one (1) entry per person. REQUIREMENT: A .Lost Planet. banner must link back to the Official Capcom Lost Planet site located at www.lostplanetcommunity.com. By entering, entrant agrees that it will be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Release of Liability and a Publicity Release (where legal) at the same time as submission of the site to Capcom. If Capcom does not receive the Affidavit and Release by December 1, 2006, the submission will be automatically disqualified. By entering, entrants grant their permission to Capcom and its representatives to use the winner's name for purposes of announcing the winner in the Lost Planet. video game materials , without any further compensation. Capcom is not responsible for lost, late, or misdirected entries, prizes or releases; or failed, incomplete, interrupted or delayed operation or transmission, or other Internet entry problems; problems with computer equipment, software, on-line systems, servers, online service providers, telephone network/lines or online communications; failure of any entry to be received due to technical problems or Internet traffic. Proof of connecting or logging on to the CAPCOM site is not considered proof of delivery or receipt. In case of dispute as to identity of a winner who entered online, entry will be declared made by the registered user of the e-mail account, and, if a prize is won and such registered user is a valid entrant, the prize will be awarded to the registered user. WINNER SELECTION - Capcom shall evaluate all fan sites based on overall design, functionality, and best representation of the Lost Planet. brand and will determine the overall winners. Winners will be selected on or about December 1, 2006 from all eligible entries received and shall be announced on January 12, 2007 inside Capcom.s Lost Planet. video game (for the Xbox 360. video game and entertainment system). By participating, entrants agree to abide by and be bound by these official rules and Capcom.s decisions. Winners will be notified by email on January 12, 2007. All federal, state and local taxes, insurance, licensing, registration and title fees are the sole responsibility of the winner. PRIZES/APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE (ARV) in U.S. Dollars. 1st place: 40.
